Job summary

NCR Atleos seeks a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to deliver frontline field support, maintaining deployed equipment and systems in the Miami area. This hourly, non-exempt role covers first and second line maintenance, installations, software/hardware upgrades, networking support, preventive maintenance, and parts management.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in field service or related roles, with basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/IT systems, and the ability to work a flexible

Qualifications

1+ years in field service, technical support, or maintenance roles.
Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
Ability to follow written procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions.
Ability to accurately track and report time worked in an hourly environment.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance.
Assist with installations, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and basic adjustments.
Deliver, replace, and document spare parts usage and outcomes.
Record time worked and service results in service management tools.
Follow documented procedures and safety guidelines; escalate complex issues.
