2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Representative to promote and sell Dell and Alienware laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories in Regional and National retailers. You will train retail staff, perform endcap resets, and travel within the market to deliver consistent Dell messaging.

The role emphasizes hands-on product knowledge, retailer training, and building strong relationships with store personnel, while maintaining a flexible weekend schedule and performance-based

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics preferred.
• 6+ months of training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong multitasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market ZIP Code with occasional travel to other Markets.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Guide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
• Coordinate Group trainings and execute.
• Be able to promote the Dell brand to customers and work with store staff to build relationships.
• Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
