Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Travel within 70 miles of market zip code to retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Build relationships with store managers to create sales-driving initiatives.
• Capture customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategy.
