Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Helena, MT. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services and solutions on client products while following established guidelines.

This role requires troubleshooting skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided at no cost, and you will handle service calls with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
