Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Illinois. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products and coordinate with the Territory Supervisor to meet service levels.

Certification training from Dell/Lenovo is provided at no cost, and the role calls for clear communication, strong customer service, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs while visiting client sites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
