The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a basic repair toolkit; Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided at no cost.

Qualificações

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver and accept all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
