Home Instead in Frederick, MD is seeking a part-time Business Development Executive to grow our referral network across Frederick and Carroll Counties. This field-based role owns the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed partnership, rewarding trust over volume.

You’ll earn a $20 hourly base plus uncapped $200 per contract in commission, with mileage reimbursement and dental/vision insurance; schedule is field-based with in-office one day per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or B2B sales experience selling services.
• Proven track record selling services to businesses or professional organizations.
• Solid understanding of the full sales process: prospecting, qualifying, pipeline management, relationship building, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new referral relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician practices, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, networking, relationship development, and closing.
• Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, in-person meetings, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute weekly territory and sales plans.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Track activities, opportunities, and results in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed growth and referral goals.
