Job summary

Compass Group USA's campus team in Florence, AL is hiring immediately for a part-time Fast Food Shift Lead. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service, and maintain sanitation in line with HACCP guidelines.

Prior barista and food service experience required; pay range is $12.00–$14.00 per hour. Schedules are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and ensures quality customer service.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages according to company standards (sanitation, safety, presentation).
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates staff; works to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
