Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD positions at One Harrison Plaza, Florence, AL 35632. The role involves supervising staff and ensuring high standards of food service and sanitation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with individualized attention to detail.
• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety, including HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in menu planning.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and supervise meal delivery.
• Respond to customer complaints in person or via email.
• Train employees, assign duties, and coordinate staffing to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Develop and enforce a sanitation schedule for cleaning kitchen and dining areas and washing utensils and equipment.
• Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
