• Oversees and participates in food and beverage preparation and service per company standards.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work for efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures and schedules; expedites workflow.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports and cash handling per policies.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Maintains sanitation and safety of the facility and staff.
