Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations and storage areas.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Uses recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory and cash control.
• Assures sanitation and safety requirements are met.
