• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate several flights of stairs.
• CPR/SFA Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and model a clean, harmonious living environment for families in residence.
• Ensure each family has a safe, clean, adequately furnished room.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and orderliness during shifts, with 30 minute checks.
• Monitor rules and policies to ensure compliance with Hildebrand requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing Re-Housing Plan activities to help families move out of shelter.
• Participate in staff meetings and required trainings.
• Follow agency rules and systems to meet goals for residents.
