Job summary

Qualifications

• Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience – Previous experience in Human Services, Residential Program setting.
• Skills – Ability to lift 25 pounds; navigate stairs every 30 minutes; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• License/Certification – CPR/SFA Certified within 30 days of hire.
• Language - Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and model a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment, supporting safety and well-being of families in residence.
• Ensure that each family has a safe, clean and adequately furnished room.
• Oversee cleanliness and orderliness during the shift, including 30‑minute checks, room cleanliness and chore completion, and maintaining the office area.
• Oversee and monitor rules, policies, procedures and protocols governing community living and ensure compliance with Hildebrand policies and regulations.
• Support Residential/Case Manager in developing Re-Housing Plan activities to help families move out quickly and regain independence.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and other required activities.
• Follow agency rules and systems to meet goals for residents and the program.
