Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Coordinator to support site operations. You will work with the Site and AFMs to maintain day-to-day operations, manage work orders, and coordinate services with vendors to uphold high facility standards.

The role involves inspections, access control, budget tracking with P-Card, and coordinating micro-kitchen needs. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, on-site at 313 N Park Dr.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory management with a strong background in facility operations and coordination of work orders.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Daily walkthroughs and weekly inspections to flag repairs or malfunctions.
• Site point of contact for outside vendors and coordination of on-site repairs or maintenance.
• Manage general cleaning, trash pickups and furniture installs (DIY or via vendor).
• Complete required safety training (about 30 minutes to 1 hour per month).
• Stock food and drinks in micro-kitchen, weekly restock on Monday.
• Coordinate badge access, temporary and permanent badges.
• Manage P-Card spend and track receipts with AFM.
• Participate in weekly 1-on-1s with AFM and team stand-ups.
• Manage DoorDash memberships and site-delivered meals.
• Create and maintain tickets for REWS and facility requests.
• Establish warehouse inventory practices, conduct monthly and bi-weekly counts.
