Job summary

The State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Plant and Property, is seeking a part-time Facility Data Assistant in Concord, NH. The role supports the Micro-Main work order system, develops best practices, and helps meet maintenance and repair objectives.

You will assist with reporting, customer service, data management, and cross-training staff to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 2.5 years of education and/or work experience in facilities, office management, data entry or related field.
• Experience in facilities, office management, data entry, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and repair requests submitted through Micro-Main; open, assign, track, and close service requests and maintain data.
• Enter work requests for building repairs into Micro-Main; provide status updates to tenants.
• Analyze work orders to prioritize and dispatch to maintenance staff; balance workload for efficient completion.
• Coordinate with contractors for preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Back-up bureau staff on Micro-Main; update process manuals for new users.
