Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a professional, efficient operation.
• Ability to read and write English, read labels, and follow safety instructions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive all beverage and food orders and verify and document quantities.
• Provide support to vendors and management in receiving supplies.
• Check received merchandise for quality and quantity and reject unacceptable items.
• Distribute merchandise according to food safety rules and storage orders.
• Maintain FIFO for walk-ins and freezers.
• Conduct inventory and communicate results to management.
• Complete daily checklist with overnight porter.
• Wipe down and sanitize all bar storage areas to maintain safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
