Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Receiver to handle and process all food and beverage stock for the house. You will oversee cleanliness of storage areas, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain an efficient flow of goods across departments.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, verifying quantities, and supporting vendors while upholding food safety rules and FIFO procedures within a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a professional, high-volume beverage/food operation.
• Ability to read and write English and read labels.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive all beverage and food orders and verify quantities.
• Document and store stock according to storage rules.
• Sort and inspect shipments and check invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain FIFO for walk-ins and freezers.
• Conduct inventory and report results to management.
• Complete daily checklists with overnight staff.
• Wipe down and sanitize bar storage areas to ensure safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
