Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience in our store. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, frame and lens knowledge, and coordinated support with the optometrist and retail team.

You will greet customers, explain tests and paperwork, handle prescriptions, manage patient records securely, and operate POS and payment processing accurately. This part-time position supports a dynamic eyewear environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide assistance.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services clearly.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully with guidance as needed.
• Maintain organized patient records following HIPAA procedures.
• Operate POS terminal accurately for payments and invoices.
• Keep shelves and displays neat and compliant with company guidelines.
