Job summary

Hard Rock Biloxi seeks a part-time Promos and Events associate to facilitate events and promotions, distribute gifts and merchandise, and educate guests about upcoming promotions. You will assist with setting up event spaces, organizing decorations, and processing guest forms.

As part of the team, you will usher guests, scan tickets, and promote casino promotions to tour operators. Requires High School diploma and MS Gaming License.

Qualifications

• MS Gaming License is required.
• High School diploma or better preferred.
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling awareness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate events and promotions through distributing gifts, promotions merchandise, and educating guests.
• Assist in events by setting up space, organizing merchandise/decorations, and handling guest forms.
• Occasional cash handling; follow property cash handling policies and procedures.
• Provide superior guest service and assist guests with requests and information.
• Educate customers on promotions; maintain knowledge of property information.
• Prepare decorations for special events and holiday setups.
