Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring part-time Event Security for a conference center in Punta Gorda, FL. You will check bags, enforce access control, and provide excellent guest service in a dynamic event setting.

No prior experience required; must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and able to obtain/maintain Florida State Security D License. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check bags and enforce access control.
• Provide safe, friendly guest experience at the venue.
• Direct guests and assist with crowd management as needed.
• Monitor for safety issues and report incidents promptly.
• Follow policies and procedures for different venues and events.
