Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and post-offer/drug test will be conducted.
• Ability to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry into venues, including ticket scanning and badge verification.
• Screen guests during entry using bag searches, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at key points.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures.
• Provide directions and information to enhance guests' experience.
