Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct traffic entering/leaving the venue and verify tickets/badges.
• Screen guests with bags, wand or metal detector, and verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets from security breaches.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests as needed.
• Understand policies and procedures for different venues and events.
• Provide a positive guest experience at entrances and concourse areas.
• Offer directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
