Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; additional screening may be required.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Control access by screening, scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic.
• Screen guests during entry via bag searches, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and assets by monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Provide escorts for unruly guests when necessary and ensure a positive guest experience.
