Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Fort Myers, FL is hiring part-time Event Security staff to support concerts, sports events, and large gatherings. You will help with bag checks, access control, and guest safety while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior experience is required, and flexible scheduling is available to fit your lifestyle. You will work in a dynamic event setting and earn weekly pay with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Control entry: scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct venue traffic.
• Screen guests at entry with bag searches, wand, or metal detector; verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff and assets from security breaches.
