Job summary

Topgolf International in Doral, FL is seeking a part-time Event Sales Admin to support the event sales team. You will assist with client inquiries and bookings, coordinate scheduling and room setup, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Responsibilities include gathering event requirements, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful events while delivering friendly, proactive service.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills demonstrated.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in office software and booking systems.

Responsibilities
