Legends Global at Pechanga Arena San Diego is seeking an Event Day Attendant to support event-day workforce operations, check-in, attendance tracking, staff deployment, and on-site event support to ensure successful execution.

This part-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma, availability nights, weekends and holidays, strong customer service, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Experience in event operations is a plus.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with assigned event-day projects and operational initiatives.
• Support employee engagement activities and workforce communication efforts.
• Assist with distribution of uniforms, materials, and event-related resources.
• Provide administrative support during events as directed.
• Complete event reports, attendance reconciliations, and staffing documentation.
