Job summary

Legends Global at Pechanga Arena San Diego is seeking an Event Day Attendant to support event-day workforce operations. You will assist with employee check-in, attendance tracking, staff deployment, and event support activities to ensure successful execution.

This is a part-time, on-site role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior event operations experience is preferred, and compensation is $21.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in fast-paced event environments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous event operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with event-day projects and operational initiatives.
• Support staff deployment and attendance tracking.
• Assist with distribution of uniforms and materials.
• Provide administrative support during events.
• Complete event reports and staffing documentation.
