Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Day Attendant to support event-day workforce operations at Pechanga Arena San Diego. This part-time, on-site role assists with check-in, attendance tracking, staff deployment, and event support to ensure successful execution.

The position requires a high school diploma, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prior event operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee check-in, attendance tracking, and staffing deployment during events.
• Provide event support and administrative coordination as directed by the HR Manager.
• Distribute uniforms, materials, and event-related resources to staff.
• Complete event reports, attendance reconciliations, and staffing documentation.
