Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Westborough outpatient physical therapy center. This part-time front desk role covers 3pm–7pm, four evenings per week, greeting patients, checking in, scheduling, and handling payments.

You will coordinate with insurers, collect co-pays, verify authorizations, and support clinicians by ensuring a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required is High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate communications with attorneys, insurance and translation services, and leadership teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and verify insurance.
