Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, market leaders, and the business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
