Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Auburn, MA. The role is part-time with weekday evenings (4pm-8pm) at our outpatient center. You will greet patients, schedule visits, assist with insurance tasks, and support the front desk to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; 1 year of front desk experience and healthcare exposure are preferred. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time at 32+ hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Front Desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and over the phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and handle insurance authorizations and verifications.
