Onvo's Residence Inn in Massachusetts is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests, check them in and out, manage reservations using the PMS, answer calls, and guide guests to local attractions. The role requires teamwork with housekeeping and maintenance, accurate cash handling, and adherence to safety procedures. Part-time, 3 PM–11 PM shifts.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and accurately.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the PMS.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
• Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
• Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including sorting mail and preparing reports.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
