Job summary

Radiate Hospitality's Hotel Keen in Palo Alto is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Concierge to join a first-class front desk team providing extraordinary service. The role includes check-in/check-out, luggage handling, reservations, and city information, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.

The position requires prior front desk or hospitality experience, exceptional customer service, and availability for the PM shift and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, reservations, and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be available to work the PM shift (3pm - 11pm) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hotel front desk, bellman, and concierge services including check-in/check-out, luggage handling, restaurant/tour reservations, and city information.
• Build an authentic bond with guests and create a unique experience that encourages return visits.
• Post guest charges and payments to various accounts; ensure postings and payments are correct.
