Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Fitness Front Desk Attendant to deliver friendly, professional service to members and guests. You will greet visitors, coordinate department tasks, handle check-ins at the fitness center, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires you to answer phones, manage reservations, operate the POS system, and support fitness staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Oral and written communication skills are essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Answer the fitness center phone professionally and take messages.
• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a professional image and strong organizational skills.
• Operate the computer and POS system to check in and charge members.
• Take reservations for fitness events and amenities.
• Clean equipment and perform general housekeeping in the fitness center.
• Complete fitness laundry and stock products in the fitness center.
• Update and print reports and assist other fitness staff as needed.
