Mosaic is seeking a Cook for part-time evening shifts to care for residents and prepare meals that meet nutritional needs. You will follow a scheduled menu, maintain a sanitary kitchen, and support a culture that puts people first.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of quantity food prep experience, strong time management, and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment. CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

• Six months experience in quantity food preparation.
• Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals to meet nutritional needs of individuals served.
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meal being served.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
