Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve meals in our healthcare dining program. You will follow established menus, meet portion standards, and ensure safe handling and serving temperatures.

You will accommodate therapeutic diets, maintain high sanitation, and support peak service times with plating and garnishing, delivering friendly, resident-focused service and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year cook experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with therapeutic or specialized diets preferred.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
