Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Cook to join our healthcare dining team in Eagle Point, Oregon. You will prepare and serve meals per menus and recipes, ensuring safety, portions, and on-time service, while accommodating dietary needs.

As a preferred candidate you have at least 1 year of cook experience in healthcare or hospitality, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Join a supportive, patient-centered kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Ability to prepare a variety of foods skillfully and efficiently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience with therapeutic or specialized diets.
• ServSafe, Food Handlers or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow Mosaic's cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
