Mosaic Gardens at Chandler is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in our healthcare community. You will follow established menus, ensure safe cooking temperatures, and assist with plating and presentation.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of cook experience in healthcare or hospitality, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to lift 40–50 pounds. A ServSafe or equivalent certification is preferred and we offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of cook experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Ability to prepare a variety of foods skillfully and efficiently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience with therapeutic or specialized diets.
• ServSafe, Food Handlers or equivalent food safety certification.

• Kitchen Cleanliness & Sanitation
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, food preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
• Follow Mosaic's cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
