Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Patient Access role within hospital/ER/clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with a cheerful demeanor.
• Determine necessary services and direct patients accordingly.
• Collect demographic information and ensure signatures for billing accuracy.
• Maintain logs of patient information and manage phone inquiries professionally.
• Collect payments via cash, checks, and credit card for co-pays and balances and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the facility and proper supply levels.
