Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Access Representative role within a Hospital, ER, or Clinic.
• Experience with medical registration, admitting, and scheduling in ER setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect demographic information for billing accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile patient accounts.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming facility and manage supplies.
• Communicate courteously with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in quality improvement.
• Assist management with additional tasks as needed.
