Atlantic Corporation seeks an intake associate to guide students through the enrollment process for college programs. You will handle admissions, document processing, and communications via text, email, and phone.

Responsibilities include scheduling virtual advising, recording placement scores, and assisting with event coordination. This is a part-time role requiring up to 26 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed, at Atlantic Cape locations in New Jersey.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Process admission applications and student documents (transcripts, chargeback requests).
• Provide information and support to students via text, email, and phone.
• Support operations using CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist students with online accounts (Self Service, Buccaneer Email, Blackboard).
• Schedule virtual academic advising appointments as requested.
