Ocean County College seeks a part-time, in-person Enrollment Services Assistant to help students, faculty, staff and community members with Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Advising and payments across OCC locations.

You will use CRM/ERP tools, follow FERPA and college policies, participate in trainings, and support self-service enrollment options. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree preferred; or High School/GED with 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with database platforms is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist students, faculty, staff and community members with Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Advising and payment.
• Deliver timely, confidential customer service and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow FERPA and college policies; participate in trainings and campus events.
• Engage in enrollment campaigns and help students use self-service enrollment tools.
