Qualifications

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles.
• Experience drafting design and engineering documentation.
• Proficient with Word styles and Excel features like Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and QuickBase.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document complex engineering processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect inputs and create documentation.
• Translate technical content into clear documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Manage scheduling conflicts and adapt to last-minute changes.
