Job summary

Aleron is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Technical Documentation & Engineering Programs) for a contract, onsite role in Fremont, CA. The part-time position (20/30 hours weekly) focuses on coordinating engineering projects and producing clear, standardized technical content.

You will develop and maintain procedures, partner with engineers, and support PLM documentation while using SharePoint, Power BI, and QuickBase.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, technical writing, or related roles.
• 2+ years creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation.
• 1+ years supporting PLM or similar documentation workflows.
• Experience with engineering documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects and documentation initiatives.
• Develop, edit, and maintain design and test procedures.
• Gather requirements from engineers and translate technical concepts into clear docs.
• Support PLM documentation and workflow activities.
• Maintain document standards and revision control.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, schedules, and action items.
• Create project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with SharePoint site maintenance and permissions.
