You will assist in creating travelers, routers, and work instructions, analyze data, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and some exposure to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and experience solving testing problems involving interfaces with existing equipment and human factors.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations pertinent to product development and testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with SolidWorks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and process knowledge to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in creating and revising manufacturing travelers, routers, and work instructions to improve process accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the evaluation and disposition of non-conforming materials, products, and equipment in collaboration with quality and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Line, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities to resolve product and process failures.
• Collect and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to scrap reduction and continuous improvement projects through process optimization and data-driven problem solving.
