You will support daily operations and work on independent projects to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity, including development of process improvements and production documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams, along with exposure to root cause analysis, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and exposure to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with interest in testing and product development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and process knowledge to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist in creating and revising manufacturing travelers, routers, and work instructions to improve process accuracy and efficiency.
• Support evaluation and disposition of non-conforming materials with quality and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Line, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams on product development and process improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve product and process failures.
• Collect and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Contribute to scrap reduction and data-driven process optimization projects.
