Qualifications

• Proficient with 2D and 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Support on the shop floor with troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Develop routings, tool lists, fixtures, and process instructions for manufacturing equipment.
• Drive lean manufacturing to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
• Train operators on proper methods to maximize productivity.
• Assist in capital equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in value stream mapping and quality improvement efforts.
