Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility using online systems.
• Provide patients with financial information, price estimates and collect payments.
• Complete required patient forms and enter data accurately.
• Schedule appointments for multiple facilities and departments.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect patient rights.
• Identify financial counseling needs and assist with payment arrangements.
