Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer questions, and work across departments as needed to ensure a positive experience.

You may assist with stocking, processing orders, and supporting store operations while developing trade skills through Lowe’s Track to the Trades program. Flexible schedules and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products.
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
