Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You’ll interact with shoppers, assist in locating items, and ensure requests are fulfilled with care.

In this role you’ll support multiple departments, answer questions, and maintain organized merchandise. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow accompany the opportunity to impact store success.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
